You’ve got 30 days from the day your order arrives to let us know there’s an issue.
🔁 Exchanges Only
We don’t offer cash refunds, but we’re happy to do a one-time exchange for another product that better fits your needs.
📦 What Can Be Returned?

At least ¾ of the bottle must be left.

Items must be in good, original condition.

Returns must be approved first and received by us before we issue anything.

Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
🚚 Shipping Costs

If you paid for shipping, we’ll refund it.

If we covered shipping, that portion won’t be refunded.
⚙️ Fast Turnaround
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 24 hours. Just a heads up—banks and card processors usually take 1–2 weeks to finish the refund on their end.
